Reviews and Ratings
We had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room we were given felt more like a dark cave than a vacation spot, lacking windows and any charm. However, the area was decent with a supermarket nearby, and the manager was attentive during our arrival. Overall, not what we expected for the price we paid.
I stayed here with my family for just one night, and it was a delightful experience. The service was exceptional as a staff member reached out to confirm our arrival time, and we appreciated the unexpected room upgrade. However, the value for money was excellent, especially for a weekend stay. All in all, it was a lovely time, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
My stay had its ups and downs. On the bright side, I found the room tidy and enjoyed the prompt email support. However, the check-in experience was frustrating, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Overall, considering the price, I think it’s fairly decent but definitely not without issues.
Our stay was mostly enjoyable, with a big, clean room that offered a lovely view of the Gulf of Aqaba. We appreciated the staff's willingness to help, making us feel welcome throughout our seven nights. However, there were some downsides, including the distance to the beach and shopping mall, which was about a 1 km walk. Still, the nearby supermarket was very convenient for our needs.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Although the rooms were spacious and clean, the service left much to be desired, with limited accessibility to staff when issues arose. The location was not very convenient as it required going uphill to return from town, making it a bit of a trek. The overall experience didn’t meet my expectations in terms of value for money, especially considering the lack of attention to customer service.
